Condition(s)
DCP messages are scanned for each satellite during the last 15 days; if the last three or more continuous days have missed instrument data and they have not been restored, then the date of last received instrument data is determined

Select appropriate Platform ID and find instrument here.
Solution Level 1 (< 5 minutes)
1. Check/reseat connections around transmitter.
2. Ensure that the transmitter is receiving adequate 12 V power.
3. Ensure there are no obstructions in the antenna's field of view
Solution Level 2 (more involved)
1. Ensure antenna is oriented properly.
2. Evaluate transmitter LED indicator.
Solution Level 3 (last resort)
1. Repair or replace transmitter.
